Jill is a technology and management consultant living in Brooklyn, NY.
For the last 15 years, she helped grow and scale the team at Silverline, leading the Capital Markets & Asset Management practice in collaboration with clients across investment banking, private equity and venture capital, and asset management. An architect at heart, her focus was to help each of her clients on their digital transformation journeys, with a particular interest in market data and proprietary client insights.
As a student of high-performing cultures, she believes in the power of continuous learning, high expectations of self and others, goal-driven outcomes and celebration, and deep empathy and compassion. Jill has founded junior learning academies, corporate social responsibility programs, and diversity & inclusion groups at each of her companies.
